Window nº 8

8 Nidelzältli (hart und weich)

2 1/2 dl. Milch
40 gr Margarine
250 gr Zucker
1/2 Päckli Vanillezucker
alles in eine Pfanne geben, 25 Minuten unter Rühren auf kleinem Feuer kochen lassen, bis die Masse hellbraun wird.

Formen: Masse auf ein gefettetes Blech ausstreichen (achtung ist sehr heiss), halb erstarren lassen, in 2 cm grosse Stücklein schneiden, auskühlen lassen und auseinanderbrechen

weiche Variante

2 1/2 dl Sahne
1 dl Milch
300 gr Zucker
gleiche Zubereitung wie oben

am Schluss noch 1-2 Essl. Wasser dazugeben
