Children and teenager! Who is here and wants to learn more about raw foods? Or adults - if you know about somebody...let them know. Shoot me an email about your experiences with it!

Talk about your creations, emotions and what you went through and help motivating other teens and children! You have so much power and strength. Send your message out. :)

Delicious raw cookies:
2 cups walnuts (soaked)
1 cup raisins (soaked)
3 tbsp carob

Blend it all up or push it through the Champion Juicer with a blank blade. Spread the dough on dehydrator sheets. Let it dry for some hours and cut figures out with your cookie cutters (this way it works great). Then let them dehydrate totally.

Have fun making your own cookies!

You will receive more recipes through my freely newsletter at www.rawfunfamily.com. :)

A nice warming fire sent to warm you, too...inside and outside ;). Can you feel it?

Try to be especially friendly to people today. Smile at them and observe what happens. Do you feel better...in making them feel better? A smile a day can save somebody’s life!

That’s a fun way to crack your nuts! It is only in German right now but I think it’s self-explaining ;). Have fun watching!

Coconuts - actually, they are seeds - are the best nuts. They are well digestable and refreshening. As a sprouted coconut (see picture) they are very powerful, too...and delicious. A pure source of energy. The water is the best for babies - after breastmilk of course! It is very nutritious and comes very close to mothers’ milk.

Here in Germany we celebrate Nikolaus day today. The night before (on the 5th) children set out boots or plates in front of the door. At night Nikolaus comes and brings apples, oranges, nuts, etc. for them. When they wake up they are happy that Nikolaus brought them something. Our Nikolaus brings raw cookies sometimes, too :).Window nº 8
Have you met princess Mangostasia from her fruit palace already?? Learn more about her at www.rawfunfamily.com. You will hear more about her soon - hopefully ;).Window nº 20

Wild edibles - no matter if you find dandelion, chickweed, lambs quarters, purslane, nettles, hawthorn, etc. They are all very important and good for you!! Learn about the few poisonous ones in your area and eat the rest :). Spring will be there quicker than you think...and that’s the best time to pick and enjoy those natural super foods!!

Look also at www.wildedibles.wordpress.comWindow nº 4
The stinging nettle - an important and yummy wild edible.

We love it in shakes, smoothies, salads or just like they are :).

It is very valuable as it contains lots and lots of minerals we need - especially high in iron! Instead of swallowing iron pills try those. Your body will thank you and will be able to actually digest it right and use it - without side effects :). For a movie on how to pick them also look here: www.wildedibles.wordpress.com

Have you ever made Christmas lights yourself? Make them with your friends, children, partner,... It creates a beautiful warm atmosphere. And it connects. :)

Have a wonderful 2nd advent with candle light!

Here is a tip for all creative minds:

Every year we make our advent wreath by ourselves. It is a lot of fun for the kids and it passes on a tradition. Plus the needle branches smell just like Christmas ;).

On the picture you see the inside of a strawberry - beautiful color, isn’t it?Window nº 18
Write down everything that lightens you up...everything the makes your heart jump or things you’d be happy about or what you’d like to do.

Then make sure you do one of those wishes every once in a while...and make yourself glow :). Can you imagine our whole planet being lid by all those wonderful humans that do what they love to do...and what they are meant to be here for? Amaaaazing....yay..

By doing so you don’t only help yourself but the whole planet ;). If you want to you can mail it to me and I put it out there (annonym if desired) to make a commitment. It is more motivating for others, too. So, go on and write yourself happy :).
Window nº 22
Only three days left. Especially children still have the gift to be excited. We can learn from it. Let’s be happy like children. Be in awe as if you’d see something for the first time. Be inspired and excited and anxious about it. Let your feelings flow! Life feels a lot less to worry about and you can enjoy every moment to the fullest. Nature gives you lots of opportunities to train ;)...as well as Christmas season. Go out and look through children’s eyes! Have fun!

Window nº 5
Cherimoyas...very yummy, sweet and juicy. If you haven’t tried they yet you have to!

More exotic fruits and their values in my newsletter :).Window nº 12
Such a basket full of fresh fruits and veggies I wish for you! Enjoy this time of year without stress and hurry -but in peace with yourself, family and friends. Sit down for a while and enjoy a piece of fruit and listen to your favorite music. Just relax and balance yourself. Find out what helps best!

Happy 4th advent!

How to survive Christmas being raw? We make our own raw cookies, cakes and meals and have no problem sharing it ;). If you make enough people are happy to have some, too. Invite them in your happy healthy circles - without explanations! Just from heart to heart as they’d invite you. Make them feel good and comfortable...and enjoy. If they choose to eat cooked - that’s perfectly fine as well. They have to make their choices and you accept it as you want to be accepted ;). Happy holidays!

Window nº 19
More easy yummy cookies:

Shredded coconut and dates with cinnamon always make a great dough to make lots of funny shapes with. At our home they are all gone before they are even dehydrated ;).

Today is Christmas in Germany. After dinner and often church we exchange presents, sing songs, make music and have a good time.

And I am especially excited as tomorrow is my birthday :))))).Window nº 17
I’m dreaming of a white Christmas
Just like the ones I used to know
Where the tree-tops glisten
And children listen
To hear sleighbells in the snow

I’m dreaming of a white Christmas
With every Christmas card I write
May your days be merry and bright
And may all your Christmases be white

*********
With this in mind we have good chances of having a white Christmas. Wish you lots of snow fun, too!
